Event guests who cancel their reservation after 09 February 2023 will be charged for their full stay.

Event Guests who check-out from the Hotel prior to the end of their reservation may be charged for the duration of the reservation. At any time prior to their reservation check-in times, Event guests shall be allowed to transfer reservations to other Event guests without restrictions or any charges or expenses.

No shows will be charged for their full stay.
